Rare case of intra articular lipoma arborescens of hip join

چکیده

Lipoma arborescens is a chronic, slow-growing, intra-articular lesion of benign nature, characterized by villous proliferation the synovium, with replacement sub synovial connective tissue mature fat cells. We present case report 44-year-old male patient complaints right hip pain for 4 years. Patient presented pain, limp and restriction range motion at hip. Plain radiographs followed MRI scans revealed intra articular lobulated hyper intense osteoarthritic changes joint. Total arthroplasty simultaneous excision was planned carried out patient. The aim presentation inclusion this rare condition lipoma as differential diagnosis in such patients citing importance early prompt treatment above disease pathology.
